The Northwest Iowa STEM Region is a collaborative effort with Iowa Lakes Community College. The Northwest Region is able to use the strengths from the institution to help expand STEM into the communities served in Northwest Iowa.

The Regional Manager, Molly Faber, Iowa Lakes Community College and Northwest Iowa’s Advisory Board, collaborate to identify, grow and create STEM programs that strengthen the Northwest STEM region.

Molly Faber, M.A.
Molly Faber is the Northwest Regional STEM Manager for the Governor’s STEM Advisory Council located at Iowa Lakes Community College. Molly received her bachelor of arts degree in broadcast electronic communications and criminology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and earned her master of arts in multicultural college teaching and learning from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She brings nearly 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, adult education/training and management. Molly is passionate about creating opportunities for young Iowans to engage in STEM education and is enthusiastic about building partnerships to create a sustainable 21st-Century workforce.
